Accepting Payments For Your Event

If you are planning on charging for you event, then you will need to link a payment processor to your VBS Pro Event Website. This page contains step-by-step instructions on how to link your church's payment processor or PayPal. Linking to Your Personal PayPal Account (One Price Option)

Step 1: Go To www.paypal.com and Login to Your PayPal Account or Sign Up

Step 2: Scroll down to "Selling Tools" and click "Seller Preferences"

Step 3: Click "Get Started" in the PayPal Buttons Section

Step 4: Enter the Details for Your Button and Click "Create Button" When You are Finished

Step 5: Click the "Email" Tab Above the Code

Step 6: Click "Select Code" and then Right Click and select "Copy"

Step 7: Login to Your VBS Pro Account and click "Edit Event"

Step 8: Make Sure You are Charging for the Event, then click "Event Information"

Step 9: Scroll to the bottom. Add Event Fee Details, "Paste" Your Code into "Payment Address", and Click "Update My Event"

Step 10: The "Fees" Content Block will appear on Your Website! Click "Pay Now" to Test Your Payment Link

Linking to Your Personal PayPal Account (Multiple Price Options) - VBS Pro Premium

Step 1: Go To www.paypal.com and Login to Your PayPal Account or Sign Up

Step 2: Scroll down to "Selling Tools" and click "Seller Preferences"

Step 4: Create Your Button adding in Your Options. Click "Create Button" When Finished

Step 5: Click "Select Code" then Right-Click and "Copy" the Code

Step 6: Login to Your VBS Pro Account and Click "Edit" in the Event Website Section

Step 8: Scroll Down to Custom Page 1, Change the Title to "Payment", Click on the < > Icon to Change to HTML View, and Paste the Code

Step 9: Show the Page on Your Website and Click "Save"

Extra: How to Get Rid of the "Fees" Section on Homepage

1. From your dashboard, click "Edit Event" in the bottom left corner

2. Where it says "Will You Be Charging For This Event" select "No" and the Fees section will be removed
