Eligible Returns
• You can return Group resources directly to us, provided you bought them directly from us. If your resources were purchased from one of our wonderful retailers, please work with them to handle your returns.
• We go the extra mile to ensure our resources arrive in good condition…but things happen. In those rare instances, just give us a call at 800-447-1070 within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.
• Did the wrong items arrive? If so, call us at 800-447-1070 so we can make it right.
• Digital products or services that include downloadable content are non-returnable once content has been delivered. All sales are final. See complete Terms of Use for more details.
• Returned product must be in resellable condition: unopened in original packaging with no stickers or markings.
• Returns of Value Packs, Kits, or Sets must have ALL original components in sellable condition. There will not be partial or pro-rated credit issued for incomplete packages. For example, if you only use two of four items in a Value Pack, Kit, or Set we will not issue credit for the two unused items.
If you return products to Group and we are unable to issue you credit for any reason, we will not ship the product back to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs incurred to return resources to Group.
We encourage you to use a shipping method that provides a tracking number and secure packaging for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the return shipping process.
Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs for damaged or defective products or other issues for which Group is responsible.
Return Deadlines
To receive full credit, returns must be received at Group within 30 days of your purchase, with the following exceptions:

• All quarterly dated curriculum return deadlines are 30 days after the end of the quarter.
-Fall Quarter return deadline is January 1
-Winter Quarter deadline is April 1
-Spring Quarter deadline is July 1
-Summer Quarter deadline is October 1
- Simply Loved Curriculum- For Simply Loved Curriculum to receive full credit, returns must be received at Group within 30 days of your purchase date. Please keep in mind: Digital products or services that include downloadable content are non-returnable once content has been delivered. All sales are final. - Be Bold Curriculum - For Be Bold Curriculum to receive full credit, returns must be received at Group within 30 days of your purchase date.
• Seasonal and Resources have the following deadlines:

- Stellar Christmas - physical items, digital kit is non-returnable

How to Return
1. CLICK HERE and complete the form. You will receive the required Return Authorization paperwork needed to complete your return via email in 2-3 business days.
2. Once you have the required Return Authorization paperwork:
Pack items securely, using the right-sized box with proper packing materials.
**Important: Include your Returns Authorization paperwork. If more than one box is required, please make copies and include in each box**

3. Once we receive your returned product, including the Return Authorization paperwork, you can expect to see your credit in about two weeks after your return is received and processed. Refunds are available upon request to accounts with credit balances.
