Return Policies

Damaged Products
We go the extra mile to ensure our resources arrive in good condition...but things happen. In those rare instances, just give us a call at 1-800-447-1070 within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.

The Wrong Products
Did the wrong items arrive? If so, call us at 1-800-447-1070, so we can make it right.

Digital or Downloadable Content
Products or services that include downloadable content are non-returnable once content has been delivered. All sales are final. See complete Terms of Use for more details.

Place of Purchase
You can return Group resources directly to us, provided you bought them directly from us. If you purchased Group resources from one of our wonderful retailers, please work with them to handle your returns.

To receive full refund credit returns must be received at Group within 30 days of your purchase, with the following exceptions:

  • All VBS product must be returned no later than September 1 of the program year.
  • All quarterly dated curriculum return deadlines are 30 days after the end of the quarter.
    -Fall Quarter return deadline is December 31
    -Winter Quarter deadline is March 31
    -Spring Quarter deadline is June 30
    -Summer Quarter deadline is September 30

  • Seasonal and Women's Retreat Kits and Resources have the following deadlines:
    -Fall Festival return deadline is November 30
    -Christmas return deadline is January 31
    -Easter return deadline is May 31

    -Seaside Escape deadline is May 15, 2019
    -Sweet Life Café deadline is May 15, 2018
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for shipping costs incurred to return resources to Group.

(Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs for damaged or defective products, shortages, or other shipping issues for which Group is responsible. If products are returned to Group and a credit is not issued for any reason, the products will become the property of Group and will not be shipped back to the customer.) 

How to Return
1. To begin the returns process and request Return Authorization paperwork, please have your sales order or customer number available along with the list of items you’d like to return. You’ll need this for your request.

2. Contact Group in one of the following methods:
 -Email: Please CLICK HERE, fill out the form, save it to your computer, and email to returns@group.com Please allow 2-3 business days for reply. You’ll receive the required Return Authorization paperwork needed to complete your return via email. (NOTE: You will need Adobe Reader to fill out this form)
 -Live Chat agents are available to help direct you further or get you started.
 -Call us at 1-800-447-1070 for assistance. Hours: 6:00am-6:00pm Mountain Time (8:00am to 8:00pm Eastern Time)

3. Once you have the required Return Authorization paperwork:
 -Pack items securely, using the right-sized box with proper packing materials.
 -Important: Include your Returns Authorization paperwork. If more than one box is required, please make copies and include in each box.
 -Ship and track with a carrier that allows tracking, to:

4. Once we receive your returned product, including the Return Authorization paperwork, you can expect to see your credit in about two weeks after your return is received and processed. Refunds are available upon request to accounts with credit balances.
