Canada – FAQ’s

1. What are the shipping times in Canada? Shipping times in Canada vary depending on where you are located.  Canada Post can vary from 5-14 business days. 
2. Do you offer Express Shipping? At this point, no. We currently only use Canada Post.
3. Is there a Canadian website to order from? Group.com is where Canadian customers can make purchases.  Note: Prices are reflected in US Dollars. Final price is calculated by the current exchange rate and is applied by your credit card company/bank
4. What is the process for Canadians to order on Group.com? Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email from Group with your order confirmation. You will also receive a shipment notification to track your order. 
5. Can I have my church billed if I place my order on Group.com? At this point, Bill My Church is not available for Canadian churches and individuals.
